This training will assist caregivers in guiding their clients to an understanding of what constitutes "old behavior." Core Work is emphasized as a necessary tool to advance recovery. This training further explores the use of twelve-step programs to identify dysfunctional thinking, having clients journal how it affects life situations and choices, and how to promote group relationships and group sharing to break free of destructive patterns.
