This training explores the richness that comes of recognizing and valuing differences across cultures. Additionally, it seeks to define culture from a historical as well as a current social perspective. There is a discussion on self-defining our own culture and learning to develop sensitivity to clients, other staff to affect the most positive recovery possible for those we serve.
