The participants in this performance-related training will examine some of the foundations of grief and loss that linger in our lives and color our ability to create and maintain supportive relationships. This training studies whether a family is functional and supportive or dysfunctional, the stages of grief and the best intervention for each stage, and how being powerful in our own lives can help us heal and reclaim parts of ourselves that may have been lost or in pain. Please be advised that effective immediately we will be charging $5.00 for each Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificate requested and provided. The trainings will continue to be free of charge. Trainers will be unable to accept any form of payment so checks or money orders may be mailed either before the training or afterward. Checks should be made payable to Social Model Recovery Systems, Inc. or SMRS.
