There are both therapeutic reasons as well as recordkeeping requirements that mandate accurate and sufficiently descriptive progress notes. What information must be included in client files and how can it best be phrased? How can an agency maintain excellent quality in its records and who are the "point people" within an agency to ensure ongoing integrity of client files? Specific suggestions regarding progress notes and quality assurance are key topics in this training. To register, please call (626) 332-3145 at least 48 hours prior to training.

Please be advised that effective immediately we will be charging $15.00 for each Continuing Education Unit (CEU) certificate requested and provided. The trainings will continue to be free of charge. Trainers will be unable to accept any form of payment so checks or money orders may be mailed either before the training or afterward.
